Help me!

"Help me!"
a prayer without solice.
"Make me!
more to the point.

I want to
but I won't.

Too much
I have too much
distraction my constant state.

My wanting has no off
my "me-ness" knows no bounds.

Hating me
almost
but me is His
hate has no place.

Anger at Him
for lack of magic bullet
but
not His way
not His will.

Our expectations
here
are
hate
tribulation
Suffering
pain
sorrow
tears
He said so - He said so

No joy here
no joy
but in Him

But then
seems so far
from now
and now IS now.

One day
some day
so far from
today
we gasp for breath
we tremble with weariness.

Help me!  Make me!  COME!
